Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We love having you as a customer. Our processing time for all of our orders takes 1 to 2 business days. This excludes any holidays. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

Standard shipping is free in the continental US. We do not offer any express shipping.

Shipping Time

All standard shipping will take 3 to 7 days after the processing times via UPS or USPS. If the customer would like to extend their shipping time, please contact us (sales@premierbathfixtures.com).

Tracking You Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. With this, you can check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your shipment within 5 days of the confirmation email, you can email sales@premierbathfixtures.com with your name and order number on it. We will investigate the shipment for you!

P.O. Boxes

Due to the size of our products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Rush Shipping & International Shipping

We do not have rush shipping for any of our products. 

We only ship to the United States only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer international shipping options at this time.
